In Japan, the vampire-hunter Saya, who is a powerful original, is sent by her liaison with the government, David, posed as a teenage student to the Yokota High School on the eve of Halloween to hunt down vampires. Saya asks David to give a new katana to her. Soon she saves the school nurse Makiho Amano from two vampires disguised of classmates and Makiho witnesses her fight against the powerful demon.

A benevolent 17th-century toymaker leaves his shop one night to take some toys to children whose parents can't afford them. Ex-cop Gus is all messed up and in therapy after he was shot in the line of duty. He takes a job as a resident manager of a creaky old, creepy apartment building, The Royal Vista Apartments. It would seem that his new employment would be a piece of cake compared to his last job as a police officer, but not so. Tenants start dying, left and right, bizarre and bloody deaths. The greedy old owner, Wang, puts unrelenting pressure on Gus to "Rent apartments!!! Rent Apartments!!!" Gus finally gives in and makes a fateful error in judgment. He rents to vampires.

Frankenstein's unscrupulous colleague, Dr. Bohmer, plans to transplant Ygor's brain so he can rule the world using the monster's body, but the plan goes sour when he turns malevolent and goes on a rampage.

Grave robbers open the grave of the wolf man and awaken him. He doesn't like the idea of being immortal and killing people when the moon is full so tries to find Dr. Frankenstein, in the hopes that the doctor can cure him. Dr. Frankenstein has died; however, his monster is found.

One of the sons of late Dr. Henry Frankenstein finds his father's ghoulish creation in a coma and revives him, only to find out the monster is controlled by Ygor who is bent on revenge.

A noted professor and his dim-witted apprentice fall prey to their inquiring vampires, while on the trail of the ominous damsel in distress.
