"1985: Heroes among Ruins" is a reflection of disaster. It is about the human solidarity, the search and rescue and the importance of civil protection, but above all, the triumph of the people over devastation during the earthquake of September 19, 1985 in Mexico City and the one ocurred in September 19, 2017.

“El apagón: Aquí vive gente” is a 23-minute film that explores the socio-economic challenges in Puerto Rico, focusing on the effects of power outages and gentrification driven by the real estate and energy sectors. Through visuals and personal stories, the documentary highlights the experiences of Puerto Rican communities facing these issues.

"The Monsters in My Home" focuses on the work Carme Artero, a foster mother from Majorca, Spain, who has devoted her time to setting up a foundation in defense of the rights of children who have suffered from abuse. The documentary features testimonies and the experience of people who care of children living situations of vulnerability, such as sexual or physical abuse or neglect and whose parents have their parental custody taken away by the Law.

For the first time, survivors talk about life after the camps. How does one return to a life that was interrupted with such violence? OBAIDA, a short film by Matthew Cassel, explores a Palestinian child’s experience of Israeli military arrest. Each year, some 700 Palestinian children undergo military detention in a system where ill-treatment is widespread and institutionalized. For these young detainees, few rights are guaranteed, even on paper. After release, the experience of detention continues to shape and mark former child prisoners’ path forward.
